Out of about 600 Granarolo farms and 60,000 cows, only 9 farms are selected with very strict criteria for high quality milk sourcing. Farms are located exclusively in Lombardy and Emilia Romagna regions close to Soliera factory, in charge of processing step (maximum distance 300km). Milk is collected daily and Granarolo baby milk is produced within maximum 48 hours from milking.
